The Story

From Developer to Digital Craftsman

OSSO was born from a simple realization: the software industry often forgets the human element. After years of working on inherited codebases and generic solutions, I decided to create something different.

As a Computer Engineering graduate, I bring both technical rigor and creative problem-solving to every project. But what truly sets OSSO apart is our commitment to understanding your vision and translating it into digital reality.

This is not a faceless agency. When you work with OSSO, you work with me directly. No barriers, no miscommunication, just a dedicated partner invested in your success.

My career is not a list of technologies — it is a progression. From understanding how systems work, to building products used by real teams, to delivering solutions for clients, while always keeping one foot in independent, thoughtful, human-driven software.

Project: Calypso (BBVA Real Estate)Upgrade of the Calypso program from version 15 to version 17, moving to a microservices-based architecture. The goal of the project is to improve performance compared to the previous version, implement new features, and enable integration with other company services.

Project: Introduction to Spring BootDuring this internal training phase, I explored the capabilities of Spring Boot for API development, with a focus on database auto-generation using JPA (Hibernate), dependency injection, and hexagonal architecture.

We also applied more advanced concepts such as containerizing microservices with Docker for optimal deployment and interconnection, as well as managing data flows using Apache Kafka, among others. All source code was managed using GitHub as the version control system.

Mentorship Program:Additionally, one of the complementary tasks I carried out during this stage was mentoring and training an intern. I held daily meetings with them to accelerate their learning process. In these sessions, we covered fundamental computer science topics such as database design, programming logic, and computer network operations, among others.
